About Us
Castlemere Developments was founded in 2017 by Kris Collett and Duncan Cooke, whose combined expertise spans land, property, development and construction.
Duncan brings over 15 years of managerial experience in the construction industry, leading teams on large-scale infrastructure projects before building a portfolio of more than twenty properties.
Kris has worked in property since 2005, starting with buy-to-let refurbishments before establishing a successful UK land business in 2012, specialising in acquiring off-market sites and securing planning permission.

The two met by chance in Seville in 2014 and quickly realised their shared vision. By combining their skills in planning, development and construction, they began collaborating on land projects, completing profitable deals such as South Road and Cocks Lane.
Their partnership has since evolved into a company recognised for credibility, efficiency and professionalism in residential development.
Track Record
Since its founding, Castlemere Developments has delivered over £20 million of residential schemes, with six more projects planned for completion in the near future.
Notable developments include Clarence House in Windsor (£7.5M GDV), Imperial Gate in Windsor (£8M GDV, later sold to a Singaporean investor) and a £2M executive housing project in Gerrards Cross.

In recent years, the company has pioneered airspace development, using modular construction to create new penthouse apartments above existing buildings.
Early projects include Hamilton Court in Tunbridge Wells and Howard Court in Peckham Rye, which together delivered fourteen high-specification homes in less than six months each.
These achievements highlight Castlemere’s ability to combine innovation with reliability, delivering sustainable, high-quality housing across London and the South East.
