A Background in Modular and Sustainable Construction

Morrissey brings more than a decade of experience in the construction sector, particularly within modular building and sustainable development.

His most recent role was with Skanska-owned BoKlok, where he managed timber frame housing schemes on the South Coast. Before that, he spent nine years with Vision Modular, gaining experience as both a site engineer and installation manager.

This combination of technical expertise and project delivery experience positions him well to contribute to Castlemere’s ongoing residential property development projects.

His knowledge of modern methods of construction will also support the company’s commitment to sustainable and efficient building practices.

Supporting Current and Future Housing Projects
